Each Chicago Comb begins life as a solid, approximately one-tenth inch thick sheet of high quality stainless steel. This special material is precisely laser-cut until the shape and design of the comb emerges. Each comb is then carefully hand-finished for comfortable daily use. The result is the finest stainless steel comb in the world.

One of our core values is local production. Our combs are 100% designed and made in the United States using the highest quality materials. Our stainless steel is made in Kentucky and processed in Indiana; the combs are laser-cut and polished in Chicago; and our beautiful custom packaging - and even our shipping boxes - are made right here in Chicago.
