We created a rare soap using a limited quantity of genuine opoponax resin that we acquired. The soap has a rich, earthy fragrance balanced with sweet tonka bean and fresh cypress. Opoponax resin has been traditionally used in skincare and incense and is known for its calming properties. The soap includes our proprietary blend of botanical oils and clay, such as shea butter and apricot kernel oil, leaving your skin soft and delicately moisturized.

Our huge shower bar weighs in at nearly half a pound. It provides a month (or more) of luxurious and fragrant lather, every single day.

Ingredients: Olive Oil; Coconut Oil; Palm Oil (RSPO certified sustainable); Water; Sodium Hydroxide; Essential Oils; Fragrance; Shea Butter; Apricot Kernel Oil; Vitamin E; Sea Salt; Purple Clay.

Phthalate and paraben free.

A word about sodium hydroxide (i.e. lye): soap is the result of a transformative process called saponification. No lye remains after saponifying the oils into soap and glycerin.
